Buy land for Self Build Projects

Finding an appropriate plot of land is combination of experience, science and is also something of an art to get it right. Of course, we have developed many self-build projects in customer’s existing estates, whereby they wish to monetise their existing land asset. However, if a customer requires land as part of a project we can advise, find, and purchase the land on behalf of the client. Occasionally, Self Build Three Counties already own the land, so if we have an appropriate plot of land available, we will give you the option to purchase that at a good price.
